BASHU PHULARA, ESQ., PRESIDENT
Mr. Phulara is a highly accomplished immigration attorney and a seasoned trial lawyer, possessing extensive knowledge of United States Immigration Law. His outstanding track record includes the successful representation of clients in immigration-related matters, both nationally and internationally. His practice encompasses a wide spectrum of employment and business immigration cases, such as Eb1 extraordinary ability petitions, Perm labor certifications with the Department of Labor, and employment-based green card applications. Mr. Phulara is also adept at handling political asylum cases before USCIS and immigration courts across the United States. His diverse clientele includes employers and employees, students, celebrities, artists, corporations, IT professionals, journalists, medical practitioners, and various other professionals. Additionally, he has effectively managed individual and family-based immigration cases, along with overseeing consular processing for both immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions.

Mr. Phulara is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, and United States District Court, Southern District of New York. He was also admitted to practice law in Nepal. Additionally, Mr. Phulara has an academic background, having served as a Professor of Contract and Business Law at top colleges in Nepal, showcasing his commitment to legal education alongside his legal practice.
Mr. Phulara is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, highlighting his dedication to the legal profession.
Academically, he holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law with first-class honors from Tribhuvan University, where he secured the top position and was honored with the prestigious Gold Medal. In the United States, he obtained his Master of Laws degree from the Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in New York, where he received the Dean's Merit Scholarship. He also received a short-term fellowship from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work for the Law and Social Policy Program at Washington University.
Beyond his legal career, Mr. Phulara is actively involved in his community. He has served as the Chief Election Commissioner of NRNA NCC USA, a non-profit organization representing Nepalese Americans in the United States. He has also played significant roles as a member of various community-based programs, underlining his commitment to community welfare.
Outside of his legal commitments, Mr. Phulara enjoys a range of activities, including hiking, traveling, cycling, swimming, and running.
